This Privacy Policy describes how Slimfit Compounds collects, uses, and protects personal information (“PI”) obtained through our websites, online stores, and related services. This policy applies to all customers and users who interact with Slimfit Compounds online, by phone, or in person.

Slimfit Compounds collects only the personal information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and maintain business records. This may include:

  • Order history, design proofs, and product preferences

  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers; SlimFit Compounds does not store full card details)

  • Online orders placed via Squarespace platform.

  • Direct phone, email, or in-person transactions with Slimfit Compounds.

Cookie Policy

Slimfit Compound is hosted on Squarespace platform which utilizes essential cookies necessary for general logins and cart-related functionality, as well as preference and performance cookies to enhance user experience. 

Data Protection

Slimfit Compounds along with Squarespace’s uses multiple layers of security to protect personal data, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest (TLS/SSL, AES-256)

  • Tokenized payment processing through PCI DSS–compliant providers such as Global Payments, Stripe, or other merchant processors

  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis

  • Firewalls, intrusion detection, and secure user authentication within all hosted environments

Slimfit Compounds does not store cardholder data.

Retention and Deletion

Slimfit Compounds retains customer and order information for as long as needed to support business operations and accounting requirements. If a customer account is closed or data is no longer required, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized. Customers may request review or deletion of their data at any time by emailing us at slimfitc.help@gmail.com.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.

  • We have added a link to our privacy policy on our home page in the footer.

  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found in the footer on all pages.

  • You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes: On our Privacy Policy Page

  • You can change your personal information: By emailing us your changes to slimfitc.help@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

Our products and services are not intended for nor directed to persons under the age of 13. Any person who provides their information to SAGE hereby represents that they are 13 years of age or older.
